You represent that you have the authority to bind your business to these terms and to collect and use customer contact information in accordance with applicable laws.

Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.
You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all fees. If payment fails, we may suspend your account until payment is received.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use our services in a manner that harms our business or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 90 days before permanent deletion, unless otherwise required by law.
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including software, text, graphics, logos, and designs, are owned by Easy to Review and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services in accordance with these terms.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of our services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASY TO REVIEW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easy to Review from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with commercial arbitration rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
